This is my beef kabob recipe. If you want to know how to make kabobs just follow this delicious recipe.
Kabob (or Kabab as it is known in Israel) is a sort of a Middle Eastern burger – made out of grounded beef and grilled or fried. It is an excellent dish that goes well with hummus, tahini sauce, salad, rice and other meat dishes.
This recipe is actually for Romanian Kabab, but it is the most popular in Israel so I figured that by now it has been “Israelised”.
Enough for 10 kabobs
Note: you can also fry the Kabobs in a sauce pan with a little vegetable
oil turning the beef until it is nicely cooked – about 10 minutes.
Note #2: if you grill or fry the kababs and they still come raw on the inside – just cut open each kabab in the middle and grill it some more on the open side.
Hope you enjoyed my beef kabob recipe and b'te-a-von! (Hebrew version of bon appetit)!
