Weather In Israel

The weather in Israel - Current Conditions and 5 Day Forecast:

If you want to get some general information about the Israeli weather by season and area you can check out this page. Yes, it is true - Israel for the most part is a WARM country. But there are exceptions and it even snows in the high places up north and rarely in Jerusalem.

In the southern part of Israel it can get really warm during the summer months. It is also quite dry – like an oven actually… just kidding, but you would do best at the beach or next to the pool when visiting Eilat for example. While living in Tel Aviv I had the pleasure of experiencing 40 degrees Celsius (104 F) more than once. Lovely.

But fear not! There is A/C pretty much everywhere and if you keep light clothing and sandals handy you will actually enjoy the weather.
